Clyde Yorke

Clyde is a licensed trustee in bankruptcy, Certified Management Accountant, Certified Forensic Examiner and Chairman of Paddon + Yorke Inc. Clyde is located in our Barrie office and specializes in Business Restructurings, workout and monitoring situations with a high recovery rate for banks and their clients. Clyde was an RCMP Officer for 20 years. He was with the RCMP Commercial Crime Unit for 9 years and the Unit Head for 5 years performing final reviews on fraud and insolvency investigations. Under the provisions of SEC he performed investigative work in the U.S. He was also a Partner with KPMG – Financial Advisory Services. Contact

John Delo

John is a licensed trustee in bankruptcy, a certified insolvency counselor, Certified Management Accountant and is President of Paddon + Yorke Inc. John is located in our Mississauga office and continues to be actively involved in a wide variety of personal and corporate bankruptcies, receiverships, formal and informal proposals and viability assessments. Ken Peake

Ken Peake

Ken is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and Executive Vice-President of Paddon + Yorke Inc. who joined the company in 2006. His prior experience includes working for major accounting firms in Canada. Prior to 1982, Ken practiced in insolvency matters in South Africa and Zimbabwe. He has a wide range of experience in all types of restructuring and insolvency matters. His present practice is headquartered in North Bay and he services all areas in Northern Ontario. Ken is active in the community being involved with a number of charitable organizations including the North Bay Rotary Club. Contact

Brenda Wood

Brenda Wood

Brenda, a Chartered Insolvency and Restructuring Professional, is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, a Certified Insolvency Counselor and Senior Vice-President of Paddon + Yorke Inc.. She has been with the company for the past 20 years and is located in our Orillia office. She is experienced in the administration of Consumer Proposals, Personal Bankruptcies, Small Business restructurings, Receiverships and Corporate Bankruptcies. Brenda is an active member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP) and sits on many association committees. Barry Peake

Barry Peake

Barry is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy, a Certified General Accountant, a Certified Insolvency Counselor, and Senior Vice-President of Paddon + Yorke Inc., who has been with the firm for the past 6 years. Barry is in our North Bay office and is available to assist all those who are struggling with debt problems, whether personal or business related. His experience extends from personal insolvency matters including consumer proposals or bankruptcy to corporate bankruptcies, proposals and receiverships. Don Bruce

Don Bruce

Don has been working in the insolvency industry since 1988, first as a technical support specialist with a national CA firm, and as the Chief Financial Officer since 1992 with Paddon + Yorke. Don is located in the Mississauga office and is actively involved in the administration of both personal and corporate files. Don is active in coach and administrator for a youth sports club in the Brampton area, and serves on several Provincial and National committees. Contact

Jacquie Cordeiro

Jacquie Cordeiro, a Senior Manager with Paddon + Yorke Inc., has been with the company since it first began. Jacquie is a qualified Insolvency Administrator having completed the CAIRP certification program. As well, Jacquie is also registered with the Office of the Superintendent of Bankruptcy as a qualified counsellor. Leah is an Estate Administrator and Certified Insolvency Counselor. Sonya Strand

Sonya Strand

Sonya is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and a Certified Insolvency Counselor. She was a Senior Manager with Paddon + Yorke prior to its acquisition by A. Farber and Partners Inc. Sonya has over 15 years experience in personal insolvency matters, as well as a number of corporate engagements including corporate bankruptcies and Court-appointed Receiverships. In April 2013, Sonya was recognized by the Ontario Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (OAIRP) for being the second highest scoring writer on the Competency-based National Insolvency Examination (CNIE). Sonya is also an active member of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals (CAIRP). She primarily serves clients in Georgetown, Milton, Mississauga and various South Western Ontario locations.
