Clyde is located in our Barrie office and specializes in Business Restructurings, workout and monitoring situations with a high recovery rate for banks and their clients. Clyde was an RCMP Officer for 20 years. He was with the RCMP Commercial Crime Unit for 9 years and the Unit Head for 5 years performing final reviews on fraud and insolvency investigations. Ken Peake
Ken is a licensed Trustee in Bankruptcy and Executive Vice-President of Paddon + Yorke Inc. who joined the company in 2006. His prior experience includes working for major accounting firms in Canada. Prior to 1982, Ken practiced in insolvency matters in South Africa and Zimbabwe. He has a wide range of experience in all types of restructuring and insolvency matters. His present practice is headquartered in North Bay and he services all areas in Northern Ontario. She has been with the company for the past 20 years and is located in our Orillia office. She is experienced in the administration of Consumer Proposals, Personal Bankruptcies, Small Business restructurings, Receiverships and Corporate Bankruptcies. Lambert Huizingh
Lambert, an insolvency and restructuring professional with more than thirty years’ of experience, is a Senior Vice-President of Paddon + Yorke Inc. His focus has largely been on corporate restructurings and re-organization strategies involving numerous multi-jurisdictional, cross-boarder and international assignments. His practice also includes acting as a privately or Court-appointed Chief Restructuring Officer, and in various capacities under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act or Companies’ Creditors Arrangement Act and, more recently, as the Administrator in more complex Consumer Proposals. Lambert is a licensed trustee in bankruptcy and a Certified Bankruptcy Counsellor. He is an active member of the Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals and is a member of the Turnaround Management Association. He has published numerous articles on insolvency-related matters.

Don has been working in the insolvency industry since 1988, first as a technical support specialist with a national CA firm, and as the Chief Financial Officer since 1992 with Paddon + Yorke. Don is located in the Mississauga office and is actively involved in the administration of both personal and corporate files. Ximena is a Senior Manager with Paddon + Yorke Inc. who exhibits integrity, professionalism and empathy. Working out of the Mississauga Office and with over eighteen years of experience in the field, Ximena has been providing debt counselling services to the Spanish-speaking community of South-Western Ontario and other Canadians in a professional manner to guide them to financial recovery.
